We are currently exploring opportunities to open a welcoming, nurturing nursery for children from babies through to preschool age.

Complaints Procedure
We take all concerns and complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and professionally. If you have a concern, please speak directly with your child's key person or a member of our management team. We also have a formal written complaints procedure — a copy is available on request or at the nursery. If you feel your concern has not been addressed satisfactorily, you may contact Ofsted on 0300 123 1231 or via www.ofsted.gov.uk.
